Pastor Zuehlke was raised in the town of Sullivan in southeastern Wisconsin. After finishing elementary school at St. Peter's Lutheran in Helenville, WI, he attended Lakeside Lutheran High School in Lake Mills, WI, where he graduated in 2010.
After enrolling in Martin Luther College in New Ulm, MN, he began to train to become a pastor for the Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod (WELS). He finished his general education and pre-seminary training and graduated from Martin Luther College in 2014, after which he enrolled at Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary. His seminary career consisted of three years of in class room training and one year in Florida as a vicar, serving under an experienced WELS pastor. He graduated with his Masters of Divinity from Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary in 2018 and received his first call to Fairmont, MN.
St. Luke's called Pastor Zuehlke in the summer of 2022. At the end of August of 2022 he accepted the call to St. Luke's in New Lisbon and moved to New Lisbon in October of 2022. He is glad to be serving the body of Christ in New Lisbon and looks forward to talking to anyone interested in learning more about our Savior, Jesus Christ, who is the center of everything we do here at St. Luke's!
