Come fly with us on July 25th as we take a hot air balloon ride into God’s Word at St. Luke’s Lutheran Church during our one day Vacation Bible School! As we fly over the rainforest we’ll take a closer look at God’s great creation in this world. But as we look up to heaven we’ll look forward to being in heaven one day with God as he promised to take us because of Jesus! They’ll be snacks, bible study for different ages, music, crafts, and lunch will be provided for free!

Medical and Photo Release: By filling out the form below or online, I, the parent/guardian, give my permission for the VBS staff to administer basic first aid to my child/children named below in the event of an injury. I, the parent/guardian understand that the VBS staff will contact emergency services in the event of a significant injury and that all expenses for such emergency services will be paid by me, the parent/guardian. I hereby grant St. Luke’s Evangelical Lutheran Church and its agents permission to take photographs and/or videos of the minor(s) listed below at any time during VBS and to use any photographs and/or videos in any manner or form or for any purpose lawful at any time. I waive any right that I, the parent/guardian may have to inspect or approve the finished product or written copy that may be used in conjunction therewith or the use to which it may be applied.
